Homework Support
The word homework, for many, can be viewed as a negative word. I hope to change that feeling this year. In my class, homework is assigned on a "as-needed" basis. Homework is meant for review and enhancement of skills taught in class. If students are struggling with a concept in class, homework will not be assigned. Students should feel successful in their learning. Each assignment is discussed is class and students are given time and encouraged to ask questions about what has been assigned for homework. It is the student's responsibility to ask any clarification questions in class.
